Inside one of Wal-Mart stories, Armoldo Mashag supervising stockers on the retail floor as he unload pallets of merchandise.

Born in a small village in Ghana Mashag dreamed about America, about having the opportunities to work in America. Today he can sees his future among the racks of shoes and discount clothes, with his fallows immigrants that want to work in America.

"I want to keep moving up" said Mashag, 24. "I want to have my dream work in America bigger than it today. I want to be a co-manager some day and then store manager.” In his home village he can’t make half of what he is making in America. Mashag said “To work in America is the best think that have ever happen to me. Back home I would probably be in the street selling fruits."

Wal-Mart and other retailer stores have an immigrant-heavy work force that's half minority. All these immigrants came to work in America and to make good money to support their families here and in their home countries.

Mashag is just one of many immigrants that came to work in America and live a better life. In many retailer stores shoppers and workers’ tend to have similar backgrounds, and on any given day, you can hear shoppers and workers’ comparing prices in Samoan, Tagalog, Spanish, or Korean. However they all got the opportunity the work in America.

Over the past 20 years, a wave of immigration has washed across the West Coast, and all came with one wish, to >work in America. Many of these immigrants came with the help of the Green Card Lottery also known as the Diversity Visa (www.usgcrs.com).

USGCRS (www.usgcrs.com) is helping applicants stand a better chance of seeing their number drawn in this year's Green Card Lottery. The USA opening its doors to the Citizens of the World, with over 50,000 places on offer in the annual Green Card Lottery which gives people the chance to work in America.

Mashag got his green card to work in America , “that day was one of the happy days of my life”, now he could legally work and live in the United States without fear of deportation. Like the thousands of fellow immigrants escaping from broken dreams in various countries, Mashag also dreamed of working in America.

Many immigrants before they went to the US, they think about Americaas a country where there is too much money and they all want to be part of it and work in America.

Mashag says "If you work hard, you'll get what you want and I believe that America is a land of opportunities if you are smart." The first think to every immigrant is to find a job and start work in America, than you can have it all.

According to study Every 11 seconds, a new person enters the US, either by birth or by immigration. Not only are employments opportunities are opening every day with the increasing of immigrants that wants to work in America. But also businesses are starting up built around translation and education services. Legal services are required, as well as books, internet, news and entertainment media, and basic labeling requirements for food and pharmaceuticals, to name a few examples. Depending on a person’s specialized education, phone service for credit cards, information or tax advice are other interesting possibilities.

Every new immigrant has a unique story. Many people give similar reasons: family ties, good schools, lower crime and scenic beauty. But the biggest draw may come from the opportunities of work in America, especially in small businesses and service-economy jobs at hotels, restaurants and big-box retailers like Wal-Mart.
